Stuffed turkey roll with parsley, video recipe

  • 500 grams of turkey breast
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150 grams of sliced ham
  • 200 g of  Italian stracchino or other soft cheese
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt as much as necessary



Wash the parsley, peel the garlic clove and chop finely.

Cut the turkey breast into pieces and chop with the parsley and garlic until you get a well minced mix.

Take a sheet of parchment paper, brush it with olive oil and pour on it the minced turkey meat. With greased hands, lay the ground uniformly to get a rectangle with a thickness of about 5 mm … in case you may easy this operation with a second sheet of parchment paper and a rolling pin (see video)

Distribute half of the slices of ham on the meat, add the cheese and spread it thoroughly, then cover with the remaining slices of ham.

Roll the meat and compact it well using the parchment paper, as shown in the video. Leave in the fridge for half an hour, then heat oil in a pan and sauteè the stuffed turkey roll with parsley on all sides.

Deglaze with the white wine and cook in covered pan: it will take about 20 minutes.

Let cool before  slicing the stuffed turkey roll with parsley: serve accompanied by its sauce.
